Within the Neuenhauser Group, Neuenhauser Maschinenbau GmbH forms the umbrella for various successful business areas in mechanical and plant engineering. For more than 10 years we have been represented at the well-known regional trade fair FMB, on the one hand to maintain communication with our existing customers and on the other hand to convince new contacts of our diverse possibilities. Assembly and plant construction
Since we have increasingly adopted the customer goal “everything from one source” as our primary goal from many discussions with customers over the years, we are constantly expanding our range of services so that we can meet current and future customer requirements and are always one step ahead of the times. We, the Neuenhauser team, are always ready to fully implement your projects together with you. We support you with our vertical range of manufacture from the individual part to the assembly to the entire machine or system including the installation work. Furthermore, the test and the commissioning in the factory as well as on site at the end customer round off the offer.
contract manufacturing
With the founding of the company, contract manufacturing is the first and therefore also the oldest business area. With a view to the founding year 1955 to the present day, the area has developed excellently with all production facets and market requirements. This is where our customers feel at home when it comes to having production parts, whether simple or complex, manufactured as individual or series parts.
Our highly motivated and well-trained employees, i.e. the production team, are the foundation in interaction with our extensive machine park. In advance, your components are embedded in the best possible way for the production processes, so that the “employee with the machine” can produce the task in the best possible, cost-optimized and goal-oriented manner. Depending on the component characteristics (large or small, material, cast part, welded part or semi-finished product), there are also automated machine units that are operated either in parallel (multi-machine operation) or “unmanned (series production)”. Rollers and clamping elements have a very high priority in the Neuenhauser group of companies and are required in different areas of daily life. Affected areas are e.g. E.g.: Textile, agriculture, automotive, paper, packaging and rubber industry – just to name a few. They are therefore indispensable machine parts – not only for our own products, but also for our customers. Thanks to our many years of experience in manufacturing and development and our know-how, we are not only able to advise our customers, but also to improve their machine units. Vorwald Spannelemente has grown alongside its customers to become Germany’s leading manufacturer of sleeve clamping elements. The extensive product range for which Neuenhauser Vorwald is known worldwide today was the result of many years of innovative development work. With the clear goal of always offering our customers the best solutions, we supply the right clamping elements for all applications and provide reliable service.
INSECO supplies customers all over the world from Ahaus in Münsterland. Cylinders and rollers for the printing industry and mechanical engineering as well as sleeves for flexographic printing – this is what INSECO has specialized in. The focus is always on the success of the customer: Individual requirements define the range of services: from design to production, repair or reworking.
AR Walzen GmbH has been designing and manufacturing rollers for every application for 25 years. The focus here is on the production of light and fast rotating rollers made of aluminium. The production of individually adapted rollers is both a task and a challenge for AR Walzen GmbH. Own developments and patents guarantee high reliability and optimal technical equipment of the rolls. Customer-specific adjustments for special areas of application are a matter of course.
